What the forms collect
The project, callback and support forms send your name, email, message, your consent and, if you give them, phone number, organisation and chosen services. Callback requests include your preferred time in the message. A hidden empty field helps block automated spam.
How it is processed
Your submission goes to a PHP script on our web host, which passes it to the host's mail system to email [email protected]. The hosting provider therefore processes this data on our behalf. We use it only to answer your enquiry or provide the service you ask about.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter in a temporary file for about 15 minutes. Expired files are deleted when later requests arrive. Your message is not written to these files.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service, and legal obligations. The owner of this site must confirm the actual retention policy; we do not state a fixed period here.
Cookies and local storage
No analytics, advertising or other optional cookies are installed, whatever you choose. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so the banner does not keep reappearing; form drafts are kept in session storage for your tab only. You can change the choice at any time with the button below or in the footer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Email us. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
